ROPEX Industrie-Elektronik GmbH is the leading specialist for high-dynamic impulse heat sealing processes for thermoplastics. For over 45 years, we have been a reliable partner for our international customers. We develop and design project-specific application and system solutions for companies in the packaging, healthcare, automotive, and battery industries, as well as emerging sectors. To make our end-to-end process – from customer to customer – more efficient and customer-oriented, we are launching a comprehensive lean transformation, with an initial focus on Transactional Lean. We are looking for an experienced Lean Manager to analyze the process holistically, implement targeted improvements, and drive their excecution with managers and teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a lean roadmap with an initial focus on Transactional Lean for the end-to-end customer-to-customer process
  • Introducing and further developing a practical lean operating system
  • Leading improvement projects and Kaizen workshops with measurable benefits
  • Coaching teams and managers in lean methods and continuous improvement routines
  • Establishing standards and visualizations for sustainable process optimization
  • Collaborating with adjacent departments, suppliers, and customers to improve interfaces

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in lean management, ideally in an international and industrial or process-oriented environment
  • In-depth knowledge of lean methods, value stream analysis, and change aspects
  • Ability to analyze processes in a structured manner and implement improvements effectively
  • Strong communication skills and confident manner
  • Very good English skills, ideally also German
